The company has been distinguished on many occasions and is certified according to ISO / EN 9001 :2010 and ISO / EN 13485The company, established in 1982, employs around 40 employees at the location "Gut Boisdorf", a historical property on the outskirts of the Nordeifel near Dueren.
The medical sociologist, Rudolf Weyergans, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer.
The board includes Dipl. Biol. Dr.rer.nat Käthe Kreft-Weyergans as well as Dipl. Kfm. Burkhard Schumann (CFO). Prof. Eberhard Janssen represents the chairman of the board.
